A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 23:00 on September 2013, 2013, the victim C (nives, 54 years of age) expressed the victim’s desire to engage in drinking in the manner of drinking alcohol, and without any reason, the victim took a bath to the victim, such as “the victim,” without any reason. Accordingly, the victim obstructed the victim’s bar business by force for about 20 minutes, such as taking assault against customers, on the ground that the customer was prevented.

B. On March 8, 2014, around 18:00, the Victim F (M.74 years of age) expressed a bath on the ground that the victim would stop his/her body when fighting with one of his/her daily activities, and with one of his/her daily activities under the influence of alcohol, he/she took a bath in that he/she would stop the victim, and other customers would be able to take care of the victim, and interfere with the victim’s restaurant business by force of about 20 minutes, such as holding the frithm spule.

C. On June 18, 2014, around 21:10 on June 21, 2014, a victim I (the age of 58) expressed a bath view, such as “Chos, the same year of the opening,” on the ground that the victim was prevented from drinking alcohol and drinking within the “Kju store operated by the victim in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, the victim interfered with the victim’s bar business by force for about 20 minutes, such as: (a) “Chos, the same year of the opening,” and (b) “Arhsson at the time of the opening of the Committee; and (c) “Arhsson at the time of the opening of the Committee,” and (d) the victim’s bar business was obstructed by force, such as threatening the victim’s 20 minutes of alcohol
