Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two-year imprisonment by force at the Busan District Court for the crime of indecent act by force, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on August 21, 2014.

1. 피해자 B에 대한 범행 피고인은 2013. 6. 일자불상 23:00경 부산 금정구 C에 있는 포장센타 11번 코너에서 피해자가 술값 계산을 요구한다는 이유로 “씹할 년아, 내가 A이다, 돈 준다.”는 말을 하면서 고함을 지르고 주변 손님들에게 “씹할 새끼야, 뭘 쳐다보노, 내가 A이다, 다 죽는다.”는 등의 욕설을 하며 시비하여 손님을 다 내쫓는 등 행패를 부려 약 30분간 위력으로 피해자의 주점영업을 방해하였다.

2.
