The defendant shall be innocent.

1. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with C on December 1, 2013, the charges of this case: (a) on the location column of the real estate lease agreement by means of an influenite method, the Defendant shall deliver the lease agreement to the lessee by December 16, 2013; (b) on December 1, 2013, the Defendant signed the lease agreement with C, stating the name, resident registration number, etc. of the Seoul Gangnam-gu D building “C building” and affixed the seals prepared in advance to the above name C and forged the real estate lease agreement, which is a private document document on rights and duties, to the end of each month; and (c) submitted the lease agreement to the public official in charge of the Defendant in the tax office around December 16, 2013 in the term column to the lessee by the end of December 15, 2014; and (d) submitted the said agreement to the public official in charge of the Defendant’s exercise of the right and duty under the name of the E.

2. There is a copy of each real estate lease agreement (Evidence 4 to 6) to the effect that the F’s investigative agency and this court’s statement and lease agreement are mistakenly recorded as “H” while the lessor’s telephone number is “G” (Evidence 4 to 6) as evidence.

Therefore, in light of the following circumstances, it is difficult to believe that the statement in F’s investigative agency and this court is difficult to believe in light of the circumstances, and the evidence submitted by the prosecutor alone, such as the circumstance that the lessor’s telephone number is mistakenly stated in the lease agreement, was proved to the extent that there is no reasonable doubt as to the Defendant’s forgery and use of the lease agreement without the consent of F delegated by C to conclude the lease agreement on the instant building.

It is difficult to see, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
