Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates a private teaching institute with the trade name of No. 609 of B building in e.g. C.
On March 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 1, 2013, at the first floor D real estate office in the B B B building, the complainant, and F on behalf of the Defendant, “location: B 609, the deposit: The sum of KRW 7,000,000, and the down payment: The sum of KRW 1,000,000,000: The sum of KRW n n n n n n n n n,00,000), the intermediate payment: The sum of KRW 6,00,000, the monthly sum of KRW n n n n n n n n n n n n,000,000; (b) the lease period from July 10, 2013 to July 9, 2015: G, the resident number in both Jeju-do, the name of the tenant, and the resident number of 108,1508,01, Dong.
A. Counterfeit 1) On July 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on the basis of a commercial lease agreement prepared by the complainant and the Defendant on March 21, 2013 and the commercial lease agreement prepared by the F on the basis of a commercial lease agreement prepared by the Plaintiff and the Defendant on his/her behalf, for the purpose of obtaining a business loan due to the delayed payment of the mers and the loans within the KAB B 609 at the time of the Gyeonggi-do economy; (b) on March 3, 2015, the Defendant paid the “location: B609 at the time of the Seosung-do, the lease deposit: 17,00,000 won; (c) the down payment; (d) the intermediate payment; and (e) the remainder payment shall be paid on April 30, 2013 on May 30, 2013.
