A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is pro-friendly with victim I (29 years of age, South).

1. For the purpose of uttering, the Defendant: (a) around May 2014, at a mobile phone sales store located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, for the purpose of utteringing a private document: (b) stipulated one copy of the “Ollehhmmmmmmmar new application” in the victim’s name by stating “Ollehmhmmmmmmbmbmmmmmmmmmmmmmmar” in the column of customer name; (c) 401 of the Seo-gu P, Seo-gu P; and (d) 86,800 won in the automatic payment column; and (d) 83,770 won in the monthly payment column; and (e) entering the applicant’s I, as I and I in the signature column in the victim’s name.”

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1, exercised one copy of “Olleh Mobme new application” in the name of the victim who was forged at a mobile phone sales store with no knowledge of the forged fact as set forth in the preceding paragraph by presenting for the opening of a mobile phone.

3. The defrauded: (a) without the victim’s consent, the Defendant, using one telephone call (R) in the name of the victim voluntarily opened without the victim’s permission; (b) is carrying out a transaction with the victim without the victim’s intent or ability to settle, even if the Defendant received a loan, against the Hyundai Capital, Rid Cop, OK Savings Bank, Eth-friendly Savings Bank, etc.;

A. On November 30, 2015, in the name of the complainant at Daegu-gu Sgu, Daegu-gu, by means of the said telephone, loans worth KRW 20 million from the Hyundai Capital Capital in the name of the complainant.

B. On February 3, 2016, at the same place as Paragraph (a) of the same Article, a person was granted a loan of KRW 6 million from “rid Cof” in the name of the complainant using the same telephone at the same place.

On February 18, 2016, at the same place as paragraph (a) was loaned KRW 10 million from the “OK Savings Bank” in the name of the complainant using the same telephone at the same place.

On April 4, 2016, at the same place as paragraph (a) on April 4, 2016, the Defendant was given a loan of KRW 7 million from the “Eth-Friendly Savings Bank” in the name of the complainant by using the same telephone.
