Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the defendants, it shall be for two years from the date of each judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or financial benefits to persons who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and predicted the result thereof.

Nevertheless, from January 1, 2018 to September 12, 2018, C opened and operated an illegal Internet Scambling site (D) with a server in the Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of B, E promoted the gambling site by transmitting text messages to many and unspecified persons in Korea, manages domestic markets, and receives allowances, and the Defendants play a role in soliciting customers by advertising the above gambling site to many and unspecified persons at the office of providing Clux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux of Blux.

As above, the Defendants: (a) conspired with C, etc. to have members of the above gambling site take money for the result of the games before holding the games, such as a domestic or foreign axis and camping district; and (b) to the members who actually predicted the result of the games, the Defendants opened an Internet gambling site in such a way as to recover money from the members who did not pay a certain amount according to the dividend rate; and (c) from January 1, 2018 to February 28, 2018, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form, the Defendants were transferred KRW 4,881,046,101 from the members of the above site to eight accounts for the total amount of money for gambling.

Accordingly, the Defendants, in collusion with the above C, issued similar things to the sports betting tickets through the information and communications network, and provided property or property benefits to those who win the betting tickets.
