1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months;

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than an entrusted business entity, who is a national sports promotion corporation and an entrusted business entity of the Seoul Olympic Games shall not provide property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or things similar thereto, and shall not establish a gambling place for profit.

1. Defendant A conspired to operate a gambling site with E, F, and private sports discussions, and E intended to play a role in controlling all business affairs, such as managing profits after opening a gambling site, and the Defendant and F employed from E, respectively, to perform business affairs, such as managing gambling sites, charging and exchanging money.

E and F, from June 2016 to April 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a private sports-related site at the 18-dong and 14-dong 14-dong Gamlow G Apartment G apartment from around September 5, 2016 to around March 2017; (b) deposited Do money with the Korean bank account (100-5602-721504) of the Big Sambow’s name (10-502-721504) in Korea and abroad from around December 17, 2016 to around 2017; (c) opened a private sports-related site at the 18-dong 14-dong Ga-dong 14-dong Ga, China; and (d) deposited Do money in Korea and abroad to its member banks; and (e) made it possible to deposit the amount corresponding to each member’s money in the sports-related site; and (e) deposited the money in Korea and abroad to its member banks.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E and F, committed an act of providing property or property benefits to a person who correctly predicted the result by issuing sports promotion voting rights or similar things, and at the same time, opened a gambling place for profit-making purposes.

2. Defendants A and B intend to open and operate a private sports soil site around May 2017.
