Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
(a) No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, who violates the National Sports Promotion Act or opens gambling spaces, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the outcome of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or things similar thereto, and no person shall open a space for gambling for the purpose of profit;
The Defendant established and operated “E”, which is a private sports entertainment site, through a name-free Internet gambling site operator’s staff, and the Defendant was in charge of the role of the general responsibility for the operation of the said gambling site, and planned to receive money from the customers using the above gambling site using a large number of borrowed accounts, and let F and G members of the above gambling site withdraw the income of the said gambling site and make it commercialized, thereby gaining profits.
