A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 18, 2014, at the two weeks, the Defendant: (a) opened a mobile phone via C through the Defendant; (b) on the basis of the fact that the Defendant possessed the victim’s personal information, identification cards; (c) entered the name “D” and “E” in the customer information column of the mobile phone service contract; (d) forged one copy of the new service contract in the name of the victim D, which is a private document on his/her duties, by signing the victim’s right on the right right side of the name; and (e) forged one copy of the new service contract in the name of the victim D, which is a private document on his/her duties, from July 19, 2016, from that time to July 19, 2016.
2. The Defendant, at the same time, at the same time as, and at a place as, the foregoing paragraph (1) above, exercised an application for alteration of a forged service contract and a device 20 times in total, from that time until July 19, 2016, by transmitting a copy of a new service contract in the name of the victim D, to an employee who was not aware of the forged fact, by facsimile, and using it.
3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, by forging and using documents in the same manner as in the foregoing paragraphs 1, 25,90 won in total, from July 19, 2016, by deceiving a victim FF employee as if D applied for the opening of the cell phone normally, and by deceiving him/her from the victim, by deceiving him/her of one cell phone in an amount equivalent to KRW 528,222 at the market price. The Defendant, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, acquired the property in total of 14,125,90 won from July 19, 2016.
