A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On March 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a mobile phone in the “C” office located in the first floor of Macheon-si B Building that he operated; (b) opened the mobile phone through the Defendant prior to the victim D; (c) opened the victim’s personal information and a copy of the resident registration certificate; (d) made the Defendant the name “D” and “E” on the customer information column of the mobile phone service contract; and (d) forged seven copies of the service contract under the name of the victim, which is a private document on his duties, by signing on the right right right of the victim’s name; and (e) forging one copy of the new service contract under the name of the victim, which is a private document on his duties, by means of forging the victim’s personal information and a copy

The Defendant, at the same time and place as the foregoing paragraph 1, exercised a new service contract under the name of the victim, which was forged in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph 1, sent by facsimile to an employee who is not aware of such forgery, and used it by facsimile, and exercised a total of seven forged services contract, such as the list of crimes in the attached list.

3. The Defendant, as if D et al. applied for the opening of a cell phone normally by forging and using documents in the same manner as above 1 and 2 at the same time and place as above 1 and at the same time as above 1 and at the same time as above 1 and at the same place as above 1,00 won, deceiving the victim SKR Telecommunication staff, and then deceiving him/her by opening a cell phone with one cell phone equivalent to the market price of 814,000 won from the victim and taking them over, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1.
