A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

3,800,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On December 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 500,000,000,000 from F Hotel casino rooms located in Seoul E, and from G, the Defendant purchased approximately one gram of philopon from G, a psychotropic drug-related psychotropic drug-related clopon (i.e., a philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

B. At around 22:00 on the lower end of December 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 2 gramphones from G to I located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul. Around 22:00, the Defendant purchased KRW 1,000,000 from G to G, with approximately 2 gramphones.

C. At around 01:00 on the first day of January 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 500,000,000 from G, which was issued with approximately one gram of philophone from G. D.

On April 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 500,000 from G to G, which was issued with approximately one gram of philopon from G, in the vicinity of the lower half of 2013.

E. On September 2013, at around 23:59, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 600,000,000 from K Hotel’s room in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ, and from L, he purchased approximately one gram of phiphonephones.

F. On January 1, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 600,000 from the “N” office operated by the Defendant in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M, and from L, the Defendant purchased approximately one gram of philophones from L, who had a 600,000 philophones.

G. On January 22, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 600,000,000 from L to the entrance of a Mourel where the trade name near the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City X is unknown, and received approximately one gram of opon from L to the flusium.
