A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

13,203,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. A suspect in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoring) handles psychotropic drugs-related Metephaculty (hereinafter referred to as “culphopon”), despite that he is not a narcotics handler, as follows:

(1) On January 2010, the Defendant purchased Handphones on the road at the entrance of a bend-hodong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Haman on January 1, 2010, and purchased 1 million won from D as the price for the purchase and sale of Handphones.

(2) On January 2014, the Defendant purchased Rophonephones in the middle of 2014, the Defendant purchased 1.2 million won on the street in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul E apartment in the name of the purchase price for phiphones, and the Defendant received 1.2g of phiphones from her female, and purchased her gram of phiphones.

(3) On March 2014, the Defendant purchased Handphones on March 2014, and purchased approximately 1,200,000 won of Handphones from subway stations in front of subway stations in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and from subway stations in front of subway stations, the Defendant purchased approximately 1,00,000 won of Handphones as the price for the purchase of Handphones.

(4) On April 2014, the Defendant purchased Handphones in front of the subway station located in the subway station in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for the first time on April 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately 1,200,000 won for the purchase price of Handphones from a subway operator sent by F, and purchased approximately 1g of Handphones.

(5) On April 2014, the Defendant purchased Rophonephones in front of the subway station in the subway station in Gangnam-gu Seoul Police Station, and purchased 1.2 million won for the purchase price of phiphones from the subway station in Seoul, and from the subway station in front of the subway station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant purchased approximately one gram of phiphones from the Defendant.

B. (1) Around December 2009, the Defendant received and delivered phiphones (1) around December 2009, around December 2, 2009, around 0.05 gramphones from D in front of a sexual intercourse in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and around 0.05 gramphones.
