1. The punishment of the accused shall be one year and six months;

2.Provided, That the same shall not apply for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. On April 22, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant purchased marijuana, in front of “D” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yongsan-gu, with approximately 1.30,00 won for marijuana, and received approximately 1g of marijuana from “D”.

B. On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on the date; (b) around 23:00.

At the location described in the port, E purchased marijuana in the amount of KRW 130,000,000, and received approximately 1g, from them.

C. The Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on April 2013, the date of which was 22:00.

At the location described in the port, E purchased marijuana in the amount of 150,000 won for marijuana and received approximately 1g from him. D

Around 01:00 on September 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) parked in the front of “D” in the front of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F History; (b) purchased marijuana from G, with approximately KRW 100,000,000,000, and received approximately 1g, for marijuana.

E. On February 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant dices 1g of marijuana, along with J, around the I hotel casino located in H in Jung-gu in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant dices her to dye by attaching the following fire only on the paper:

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with J, smoked marijuana.

F. At around 22:00 on February 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased marijuana from K in the vicinity of the rooftop waters in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) obtained approximately KRW 70,000 from K to purchase it.

G. On February 22, 2014, the Defendant her trade name located in the New Village of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on February 22, 2014, at a singing room where it is impossible to identify the trade name, with J, made it possible for the Defendant to cut off the side glass of the drinking water cans together with the J, and dump the hole on the side glass, and then dump the smoke generated by attaching a fire, and dumping it through the entrance of the cans.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with J, smoked marijuana.
