A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On August 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, near the scambane in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant was issued approximately KRW 140,000,000 in the price of psychotropic drugs C, a psychotropic drug, and issued approximately 0.1g of the scambphone.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

2. At around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant stopped in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Cheongcheon-gu Cheongcheon-gu, Incheon, and injected approximately 0.05 g of the penphones purchased as described in the preceding paragraph, into a one-time injection machine, and melted the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

3. On September 2014, the Defendant, at around 20:00, 200, laid down approximately 0.05 g of clophones remaining after being administered as described in the preceding paragraph from among the clophones purchased as described in paragraph 1, to E without compensation.

Accordingly, the defendant provided philophones.

4. At around 17:00 on October 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased KRW 2.10,000 from the rear door of the apartment complex in the Samsung F apartment complex in the Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) requested for the purchase of the penphone from E; and (c) on the same day, at around 19:40, the Defendant stopped in the vicinity of the scams; (d) purchased the said money from the Defendant’s above-mentioned vehicle in the vicinity of the scamscams; and (e) received approximately 0.3 g of the scamphone from the Defendant’s scambrophone to E on the alleyway near the Nam-gu, Incheon; and (e) delivered approximately 0.2 g of the

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between C and E.

5. At around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07g of 109-dong Samsung F&M apartment units into the machinery room of the first floor above 109-dong Samsung F&M, in a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

6. The Defendant is located in the above F apartment around October 31, 2014.
