A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving of alcohol) (driving of alcohol), the Defendant driven B Poter cargo under the influence of alcohol with a maximum of about 0.064% alcohol concentration in blood alcohol level, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the front of the Elderly Center of the Aged among the 5-ro in the Jeju-si, Jeju-si, about 6:5:0 on July 5, 2017, from the front of the Elderly Center to the front of the Jeju-si 6874.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the time of the day specified in paragraph (1), controlled the driving of alcohol on the front of the old intersection as stated in paragraph (1), and issued a resident registration number of E who was requested to present his/her identification card from a police officer of the Seo-gu Police Station C in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Police Station C, and used the document in his/her name to deny another’s resident registration number.

3. The Defendant forged the signature of another person by stating that it is “E” in the signature column of the aforementioned device in order to exercise the police officer’s request to sign at the time and at the place specified in paragraph 2, and in order to exercise the police officer’s request to sign at the end date of the police station in Seo-gu Police Station C, Seo-gu, Jeju.

4. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph 2, exercised the signature of forged E, as described in paragraph 3, as if the signature of forged E was duly formed.

5. For the purpose of uttering at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, the Defendant entered “E” in the written circumstantial statement of the driver’s opinion by using a test color pen in the Jeju Police Station C Inspector F of the Jeju Police Station, and signed on the side.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of the State driver’s circumstantial statement report in the name of E, a private document on proof of facts.

6. The Defendant at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, and at the same time and place, signed a genuine report on the circumstances of the driver involved in the forgery as described in paragraph 5 with F, who was aware of the forgery.
