A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Southern District Court of Gwangju on August 13, 2014, and completed the execution of the above sentence on March 27, 2016.

1. On July 12, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level 0.075% from blood alcohol level around 22:40 on July 12, 2017, the Defendant driven a car for AM car in the section of approximately 7km from the street in front of the influence station in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon to the front of the 644-stud apartment, as in the Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.

2. On July 12, 2017, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 22:40, at the center of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, the Defendant was found to have driven alcohol, such as as described in paragraph (1), on the street in front of the area of the 743 nuclear power station; (b) when the Defendant was discovered to a slopeN who belongs to the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station, the Defendant used the name of the pro-friendly AO to stolen the name to gather criminal punishment; and (c) upon receipt of a request to informN of the resident registration number, given AO’s resident registration number to N to use it unlawfully.

3. The Defendant: (a) stated the date and time indicated in paragraph (2); (b) stated the personal information of the AO in the AO’s circumstantial statement; (c) stated the AO in the AO’s circumstantial statement; and (d) stated the AO’s personal information in the AO’s circumstantial statement; and (c) stated the AO’s statement as “AO” in the AO’s circumstantial statement from the AO’s driver’s statement; and (d) stated the AO’s statement in the AO’s circumstantial circumstantial statement, which is a private document pertaining to the certification of the fact for the purpose of using the AO’s personal seal affixed on the AO’s side; and (e) served the AO’s statement as if the AO’s circumstantial condition was duly formed.

4. The Defendant shall be from AP to the date and place specified in paragraph 2, and from the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station affiliated with the Gyeyang Police Station.
