A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months by the Seoul Central District Court for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On September 29, 2006, the Seoul Central District Court was sentenced to three years by imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On November 13, 2009, the Seoul Central District Court was sentenced to three years and six months by imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On March 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six more criminal records of the same kind other than this.

1. On June 4, 2013, the Defendant attempted to cut off 10,000 won of the market price where 30,000 won of cash owned by the victim was 10,00 won or less in the front line of the train that entered the high speed terminal station of the Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the “Sgu Distribution Complex”), and the Defendant attempted to cut off 10,000 won of the market price where 30,000 won of cash owned by the victim was 30,000 won or more, but it was found that the Defendant attempted to cut off the bank back of the chest, which was cited by the victim, in front of the chest, and did not bring about the intention thereof.

2. At around 08:00 on June 12, 2013, the Defendant accessed the gap in which the victim D neglected due care to passengers inside the electric car operated in the direction of the station station in the subway station of the new railway station of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 1640-1 subway 2, which is operated in the direction of the station station, and the Defendant 163,000 won in cash owned by the victim, and 163,000 won in which the victim took his/her hand into the bank in which he/she was loaded in the shoulder, and she collected his/her hand in his/her shoulder, and she 163,00 won in cash, 4,000 won in a lot, 1,000 won in merchandise coupon, 1,1,000 US dollars, 1,1,2 credit cards, 1, 1, cash card, 4, and 4, driver's license, and resident registration certificates of each victim.
