Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On October 29, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court. On November 13, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on March 3, 2013.

1.
