Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On March 31, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for three years and six months at the Seoul Central District Court on March 31, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 15, 2014, and the same kind of power is also more than six times.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property at least three times as follows.
1. On December 5, 2014, around 08:15, the Defendant: (a) accessed the subway falling station in the Southern East-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the subway station; (b) accessed the gaps of the victim D, who neglected to be locked due to the mixed passengers, such as other victims, etc.; (c) laid off the victim’s hand into the bank in which the victim was recorded; and (d) removed one 300,000,000 won in cash owned by the victim, putting the hand into the bank; and (d) removed one string of the market value of KRW 6,800,00 in the market price, including two film betting tickets in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
3. On December 5, 2014, around 08:25, the Defendant: (a) in the subway shift station located at the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, and followed the victim E, who parked from the electric train stopped at that place, and the victim neglected to be locked due to the mixed passengers; (b) in any case, the victim’s hand-on by inserting his hand into the handbbag where the victim was placed on the right shoulder, thereby holding the hand-on in one hand-on card, the national card, the national bank security card, and the new bank security card.
