A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On February 12, 2009, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Central District Court to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the said sentence on December 18, 2010.

【Criminal Facts】

1. At around 19:07 on May 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim’s right side of the subway No. 2 line 460-26, a subway No. 460-26, from the subway No. 19, the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to cut off the victim’s money KRW 402,00,000, which is the victim’s own 10,000, KRW 10,000,000, KRW 10,000,000,000, KRW 10,000,000,000, KRW 10,000,000, KRW 10,000,000, KRW 10,000,00,00,000,000,000,000,000 won.

2. On June 3, 2013, at the same time, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim D, who boarded an escalator in the subway 2 line of subway lines as indicated in paragraph (1) from the subway 2 line of subway lines on June 3, 2013; (b) took advantage of the difference in which the victim reported the front, thereby holding at least 7 cm in cash, the victim was arrested by police officers working therein at a level of 5,00 won; (c) one credit card of the Korean bank; (d) one credit card of the Korean bank; (d) one credit card of the Korean bank; (e) one debit card of the Korean bank; (e) one bank debit card of the Korean bank; and (e) one bank debit card of the Korean bank; and (e) 10,000 won of the market price of the Korean bank.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steal the victim's property, and attempted to commit it.
