A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 17, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Incheon District Court on April 16, 2003, one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul District Court on April 16, 200, one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court on January 12, 2005, and three years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court on August 11, 206.

On August 7, 2009, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced two years of imprisonment for the same crime, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju prison on June 25, 201.

In addition, the defendant has been able to violate the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes twice more.

2. Criminal facts;

A. On July 17, 2012, around 22:30 on July 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C in the subway station No. 2 located in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, with a view to discovering the victim C; and (b) accessed the victim by approaching the subway station; and (c) stolen one 200,000 won in cash, which was located in the victim’s bank; and (d) cut off one wall at a price equivalent to 100,000 won in market price, including two copies of credit cards, and one copy of physical card.

B. On December 13, 2012, around 14:30 on December 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim D by using a traffic congestion caused by passengers in the electric car operated in the subway 2 line Seoul metropolitan area located in Dobong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) opened a bank with the victim’s body and cut off one 50,00 won of cash, 80,000 won of the victim’s body card, 4 pages of the credit card card, and 50,000 won of the market value.

C. The Defendant committed the theft of January 16, 2013: around 17:51, 201 on January 16, 2013, the victim approaches other victims E with the gap caused by passengers inside the electric vehicle operated from subway 3 lines to high speed terminal stations located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu.
