A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

3) On June 12, 2010, the Defendant purchased Handphones from D around Jun. 12, 2010, around 2010, after receiving approximately KRW 1.2 million in the name of the purchase price of Handphones from D in front of the KTX Gwangju-dong, and purchased them on July 2010. 4) The Defendant purchased Handphones from D on the trade telephones located in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, on July 2010, after receiving approximately 80,000 won in the name of the purchase price of Handphones from D in the trade telephones located in the south-gu, Incheon.

5. On August 8, 2010, the Defendant purchased Handphones from the Defendant’s passenger car parked in the Young-dong Highway Stackers’ parking lot located in the Haman-dong, Young-si, Young-si, the wife population, and purchased approximately KRW 1 million in the name of the purchase price for Handphones from D, and purchased approximately 2.5 g of Handphones from D.

B. The Defendant, who received scopon, shall be the Hahman on August 2010.
