A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (tentatively referred to as “philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), as follows:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On October 2013, 2013, the Defendant purchased Handphones from the Defendant: (a) around the Hannam Station located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Station, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) with C, 60,000 won as the price for the purchase of Handphones; and (c) issued approximately 1.6g of Handphones from the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to purchase philophones.

B. On March 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased philophones with D to purchase philophones to administer them.

Accordingly, on March 4, 2014, according to D’s instructions, the Defendant received approximately 0.8g of 30,000 won in front of the public telephone site in the Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, under the name of D, for the purchase and sale of opon, from E and received approximately 0.8g of opon from E.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase philophones.

2. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant received Handphones from a police officer on February 2, 2014, and received or delivered approximately 0.05 g of phiphones from D without compensation in Gelel located in F at the time of permanent residence of a police officer on early February 2014.

B. On March 5, 2014, the Defendant received philophones on March 5, 2014, around 23:30 on March 5, 2014, received approximately 0.2 gramphones from D and received them without compensation.

C. On March 12, 2014, the Defendant received philophones, around March 12, 2014, received approximately 0.1g of philophones from D and purchased them on the street near the paddy-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Seoul, at around March 12, 2014.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant, who administered philophonephones, was Gelel in F at the time of permanent residence as a patrolman on February 2, 2014, and 2. A.

As in the paragraph, approximately 0.05 g of philophones received were put into a disposable injection machine, dilution was made into the arms and administered.
