Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant conspiredd with D to do electrical construction business without registering it.

C. The Defendant, without registering the electrical construction business from September 1, 2017, received a subcontract from the KK in the Gyeonggi-si J apartment from around Busan-si, and conducted electrical construction without registration, such as electric lights, electric heat deposit lines, and deposit lines, etc.

2. Any person who violates the Employment Insurance Act and fraud of Defendant A shall not receive unemployment benefits by fraud or other improper means, and the unemployment benefits shall include the insured unit period for 18 months prior to the date of severance from employment and shall work for at least 180 days in total during the period of unemployment benefits.
