Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who carries on electric power saving business under the trade name of Daegu Suwon-gu B.

Any person who intends to engage in electrical construction business shall register his/her electrical construction business.

Nevertheless, on June 2008, the Defendant, without registering the electrical construction business, installed 40W 315 installation and 36 multi-use 4 of the electric theater at the underground parking lot of the Daegu Suwon-gu D building, Daegu-gu, 2008, and operated an electrical construction business without registration over 23 times from that time until January 2013, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
