Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to engage in electrical construction business shall register with the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not register the electrical construction business, and from January 31, 2019 to the same year.

Until April 3, 200, the first floor of the housing located in Seocheon-si B was replaced by PE titles, 2 food assistance lighting, 3 image lighting of the living room, 2 toilet reclamation lighting, 2 toilet reclamation lighting, and 2 toilet reclamation lighting, respectively, and conducted electrical construction, such as changing or replacing existing contact numbers.

Accordingly, the defendant did not register the electrical construction business.
