A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 1704"

1. A thief: (a) around April 13, 2018, at the convenience store located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, the victim C, the Defendant: (b) committed theft with a single Samsungphone, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 17,00,000, which was displayed at that place, in mind, with the intent to steals the goods by using the gaps of surveillance negligence; and (c) committed theft.

On April 25, 2018, the Defendant and F: (a) around 15:46, 2018, at the convenience store “E”; (b) in mind, by using a cresh in surveillance negligence; and (c) between the Defendant and F, at the convenience store, in which the Defendant considered F to have a network, cans of left drinking water equivalent to KRW 2,200 won at the market price in the cooling place.

After gathering up one cosmetic at the market price of 5,000 won, which was displayed at the place, the F was placed in the flicker's flicker's flicker's flicker's flicker's flicker's flicker's flicker's flicker.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with F.

The Defendant and F, around 16:50 on April 23, 2018, 2018, 16:50 on the [2018 Godan 2069] Defendant and F, at the E convenience store operated by Ansan-si, the victim G, in order to capture things by using a gap of surveillance negligence, in which things are stolen, and in which things are loaded at the same place, two tws ws sckes equivalent to the market value of KRW 1,000, displayed at that place.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property equivalent to the market price of 4,000 won in collaboration with F.
