A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On June 12, 2014, around 18:32, 2014, the Defendant: (a) placed goods at the “D” convenience store located on the first floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building; (b) placed 40 items of the market price of KRW 2,300, total market price of KRW 84,860, including 1,000, 1,000, and 1,000, and 2,300, 1,000, 1,000, 1,000, and 40 items of the market price of KRW 84,860, were stolen.
