A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On April 25, 2020, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s “D convenience store” in the “D”) of the victim’s operation in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si B; (b) used a cresh outside the entrance of the victim’s supervision over the victim; and (c) stolen the victim’s share of 10,90 won in the annual-year-age (12 intervention) at the victim’s market price located outside the entrance.

B. On May 9, 2020, around 13:00 around 13:0, at the place indicated in paragraph (a) on May 13, 2020, the Defendant stolen the above victim’s share of 10,90 won in the same way as the number of sunlights (12 intervention).

On May 23, 2020, around 19:20 around 19:20, at the location described in paragraph (a) around 1.0 on May 23, 202, the Defendant stolen the above victim’s share of 10,90 won in the same way as the number of years (12 intervention).

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim three times.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On June 6, 2020, around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) stolen objects from the place described in paragraph (a) at around 1.00 on June 6, 202; (b) intruded them into the above convenience store; (c) made use of the gaps where surveillance by the said victim was neglected; and (d) placed in the display team at the market fluor, brus, etc., and stolen them.

B. On June 8, 2020, at around 20:20, the Defendant entered the “G convenience store” of the victim F’s operation in Gyeongcheon-si Kimcheon-si, with the intent of stealinging goods into the above convenience store, and invaded the said victim’s surveillance into the above convenience store, the Defendant used a cresh inside the above victim’s supervision, thereby putting five Denmark ding dinginging off the Defendant’s door at the entrance, which is equivalent to the market price of KRW 10,00,000, and stolen it.

On June 8, 2020, at around 21:00, the Defendant entered the place indicated in Paragraph (a) above, and came into the above convenience store in think of theft of things, and then intrudes with the victim C, using a cresh in which surveillance was neglected by the victim C, the Defendant put 11 confections, such as 15,00 won of the market price at the display stand.
