Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, each of the above punishments shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The Defendants conspired to sell a total of 35,659 square meters, including 21,427 square meters and 14,232 square meters, which are the land owned by the said clan, to the clan members, the representative of the clan died on March 1, 1992 and not elected by the representative of the clan, and even if Defendant A was not the representative of the clan, as if he was the representative of the said clan, to sell a total of 35,659 square meters, including 21,427 square meters and 14,232 square meters, which are the land owned by the clan,

1. On June 27, 2015, the Defendants: (a) indicated in the column of the representative elected by the “A” meeting minutes of a clan general meeting at the office of Defendant A located in the jurisdiction of the former North Korean Office on June 10, 2015 in accordance with the foregoing public offering; (b) stated in the column of “A”, “A, Jeonra Island-gun, the North North Korean Office K”; (c) stated in the column of the head office “C, Jeonra-do, the North Korean Office M, the Daejeon Special Self-Governing City M, the Daejeon Special Metropolitan City M, the N, the Daejeon Special Metropolitan City M, the Daejeon Special Metropolitan City M, the 1302, P, and the North Korean Office D's Net Chang-gun, the seals affixed to each of the following: (a) indicated in the column of the guarantor column as “A, Jeonra-do, K, C, and Jeonbuk-do, the seals affixed to each of the following seals: (b) the representative of the Special Self-Governing City of Jeollabuk-do, the 1, the 2, and the P.

8.5. On May 1, 200, in the column for registration of the “written entrustment of registration for the transfer of land ownership” and “written consent for the registration” within the office of culture and tourism of the Si/Gun Office of the Si/Gun, the name of Defendant A and the seal made in the name of Defendant A and F respectively.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendants prepared a minutes of the clan general meeting (resolution) which is a private document concerning the rights and obligations by gathering the qualification of the representative of the F clan without authority, one copy of the F clan Rules, one of the registration commission for the transfer of land ownership, and one of the registration commission letter.

2. On August 5, 2015, the Defendants holding private documents prepared for qualification are the Cheong-gun Office located in this Do-Eup, the Do-dong Office of the previous North Korean Office.
