Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A. On November 24, 2015, the Defendant, at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment building B, and at the office of C judicial scrivener in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and at the office of C judicial scrivener, without authority, stated the “holder of the right to registration” column of the power to file an application for cancellation of collateral mortgage regarding the former North Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, E, F, G, forest and orchard in the name of “H Jeon-do, U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.K., U.K., U.K., and affixed H and J seals on the name subsequent thereto.

As a result, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation for the cancellation of the victim H and J rights.

B. On November 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) submitted an application for cancellation of the right to request registration under the name of the victims of forgery to the employees of the said registry office, who did not know of the forgery; and (b) exercised the said investigation document as if it were duly formed.
