A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant, who prepares a private document for qualification gathering, is only the representative of a clan similar organization of "F" and not the representative of the above clan, who is a defendant, defendant's friendship, friendship, friendship, and F who is not a member of the clan, different from the clan registered as the owner of "F" in the former North Korean service C, D, or E.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant has prepared a letter of delegation of private documents concerning rights and obligations and an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the qualification of the representative of the F clan.

B. On October 1, 2015, the Defendant, at around 14:00, delegated the act of filing an application for registration at a certified judicial scrivener I’s office located in the former North Korean Office H, the Defendant stated the purport of “F clan (J), the former North Korean Office E,554 square meters,” in the column for indication of real estate in the printed letter of proxy form, “F clan (J), K, the representative (L) of the former North Korean Office, and the North Korean Office M” in the column for indication of real estate on the printed letter of proxy form, and stamped the Defendant’s seal imprint in the column for the holder of the right to register, and stamped the P’s seal prepared in advance in the column for the holder of the right to register.
