A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who is a standing director of the clan C, was registered as "C clan" from October 14, 1932 with respect to the size of 4,367 square meters in North Korea, which is owned by the previous clans (representative E) in the same clans of the above clans, and since October 14, 1932, the ownership of the above clans is registered as "C clans" and the registration number of the above clans is not assigned. As the above real estate was subject to the expropriation as a project for the development of the Sonjin Dam Dam redevelopment, the defendant tried to arbitrarily prepare the documents of the clans and obtain compensation for expropriation of the above real estate

1. Forging a private document;

A. On August 201, the Defendant, without authority, issued a registration number certificate for the registration of the C clan’s real estate registration in order to obtain compensation for the expropriation of the above real estate at the Defendant’s house located in the North Korean War G, the Defendant: (a) stated the clan as C clan; and (b) stated the name and address of I, J, K, and L in the column of the participants of the C clan that “A shall be the members of the C clan, and the members of the C clan shall be the members of the C clan,” and affixed seals to I, J, K, and L affixed seals to the name and address attached thereto; and (c) stated I, J, K, and L’s name and address in the column of “Resolution” to the effect that “A (Defendant) shall delegate an application for the registration of the registration of the real estate to A (Defendant)” and affixed seals to I, J, K, and L, respectively.

As a result, the Defendant respectively provided the I, J, K, and L’s “family protocol” and “resolution letter.”

B. On August 201, the Defendant: (a) without authority for the purpose of exercising the right to file an application for compensation for expropriation of the said real estate at the Defendant’s house; (b) stated in “A, J, and K’s name and address in “I, J, and K’s name and address in “I, J, and K’s name and affix seals attached thereto; and (c) appointed A(Defendant) as the representative of the clan C; and (d) made the said person.
