Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 10, 2015, at around 20:30, the Defendant: (a) stated “E” in the name column for customer information on the application for subscription to a new contract for the SK Telecom Services; (b) “G” in the phone number column F and resident registration number column; and (c) signed the name “E” in the applicant customer column.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of E, a private document related to rights and obligations.
2. The Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, issued the forged new service contract to the operator C, who was aware of the forgery, as if it were duly formed.
3. Fraud;
A. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in paragraph 1, runs as if he obtained the victim C’s consent from E to open a mobile phone, changed the mobile phone, and “if a mobile phone is opened, he would bring the mobile phone.” The Defendant would bring the mobile phone first because there is no time to take the mobile phone business trip prior to the day “the victim”.
It changed the opening of a day. "A false statement" was made.
However, the defendant did not obtain consent from E to the opening of a mobile phone, and there was no intention or ability to open a mobile phone in the name of E normally.
The defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired the victim's 858,000 won at the market price owned by the victim on the same day by obtaining one gallon from S6 mobile phone when galloning the market price of the victim.
B. On May 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at a four-distance point from a Korean bank located in the Yongdong-gu, Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, Geumdong-gu, the Defendant: (b) sold the victim I with the need for supply.
Normal mobile phones are normally used.
“A false representation was made.”
However, the above cellular phone uses the name of the defendant himself/herself.
