Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 12, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) stated “C”, “D”, and “C” on the customer information column in the customer registration number column; (b) signed “C” on the name side of the applicant’s name; (c) stated “C” in the customer information column, “D”, and “C” on the written application for membership discount; and (d) written “D” and “C” on the customer information column in the resident registration number column, and signed on the name side of the applicant’s name; and (b) stated “C” in the written application for membership discount; and (c) written “C” on the customer information column in the customer registration number column, resident registration number column, and customer column; and (d) written “C” on the written application for membership discount; and (d) written on the “C” column in the purchase of customer information column and signed on the name side.

As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, set up one copy of the new contract for SKphone Services, and one copy of the written application for subscription to the Spanish social discount system, and one copy of the written contract for short-term installment trading, respectively, in the name of SK alone who is a private document.

2. The Defendant at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, submitted to F, as stated in paragraph 1, an employee F of “E”, a mobile phone opening agent, who is aware of the forgery, an application for new contracts for mobile phone services, application for subscription to the Spanish social arrangement discount system, and a document for the conclusion of the contract, as if it were a document duly formed.

3. Notwithstanding the fact that the defrauded does not have an intent or ability to pay the mobile phone installments and the user fee even if he opens a mobile phone in the name of C at the date, time, at the place, set forth in paragraph 1, he/she submitted a false service contract, a written application for subscription to the Spanish social discount system, and a short-term installment transaction contract, which was concluded in the name of C, as set forth in paragraph 1, to the victim SKS link, and used the contract from around that time to February 26, 2015, and used it in total from around that time to February 26, 2015.
