A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

In collusion with AK operating AJ, the Defendant prepared an application for subscription in the name of AL, opened a cell phone in the name of AL, and thought that he would receive fees from a radio operator.

1. On May 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) forged a copy of the contract under the name of AL, a private document concerning rights and obligations, in the name of the applicant for subscription, entered “AL” in the name column of the new service contract; (b) “AL” in the column of the name of the new service contract; (c) “AL” in the column of the statutory life of the year; and (d) forged a copy of the contract in the name of AL, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the right and obligations; and (e) sent the forged contract to the SK Telecom employee, who is not aware of the forgery.

As a result, AO mobile phone was opened.

2. On May 6, 2015, the Defendant, at the above AJ agency, forged one copy of the contract under the name of AL, a private document concerning rights and obligations, for the purpose of signing and exercising the contract, entered “AL” in the name column of the new service contract, and “AL” in the “AL” in the “AL” column and “AL” in the “AL” column, and sent the forged contract to the SK Telecom employees who are not aware of the forgery.

As a result, AP cell phone was opened.

3. On May 7, 2015, the Defendant, at the above AJ agency, forged one copy of the contract under the name of AL, a private document concerning rights and obligations, for the purpose of signing and exercising the contract, entered “AL” in the name column of the new service contract, “AL” and “AL” in the “AL” column, and sent the forged contract to the SK Telecom employees who are not aware of the forgery, as if the contract was duly concluded.

As a result, A Q cell phone was opened through the use of A Q cell phone.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with AK, forges three chapters of the contract in the name of AL.
