1. A crime committed on November 24, 2016;

A. On November 24, 2016, the Defendant forged private document: (a) was an existing customer with a view to exercising it at a mobile phone sales store operated by the Defendant in the Gu-gu Seoul Metropolitan City around the same day; (b)

D The document, “D”, “E”, “F”, and “F”, and “B” and “B” and “B” in the State column, signed in the name of the Plaintiff, following the document of “SK Telecom Service Co., Ltd.”, which had been kept in the place, to open a mobile phone using another person’s name without being delegated or consented to the right of opening the mobile phone from D, using a tample, to the column of customer’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of a new service contract in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as the above “1” paragraph, submitted one copy of the new service contract in the above name, which was forged, to the person in charge of opening the SK Telecom Co., Ltd., who was unable to know the forgery, as described in the above “1.”

2. A crime committed on December 28, 2016;

A. On December 28, 2016, the Defendant forged private document: (a) was an existing customer with a view to exercising it at a mobile phone sales store operated by the Defendant in the Gu C during the Ansan-si period;

He/she delegated his/her authority to open a mobile phone from H to open a mobile phone under the name of another person without obtaining his/her consent, and entered “H” in the subscriber information column, “I” in the subscriber information column, “I” in the subscription column, “H” in Gyeonggi-do, and “H” in the applicant column, and signed in his/her name next to the name.
