1. From September 24, 2014, 172,751,280 won among the lawsuits against the Plaintiff’s construction of Ireland Co., Ltd. and its related thereto.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Party status 1) The Plaintiff is an apartment house located in Ireland, No. 84-30, 30, Cheongju-si, U.S. (hereinafter “instant apartment house”).
(2) For the management of 4, 236 households and their ancillary and welfare facilities, Defendant Plusc is an autonomous management body organized by occupants pursuant to the Housing Act. (2) Defendant Plusc is a project undertaker who constructed and sold the instant apartment, and Defendant Llusc Construction is a construction company that contracted and performed a new construction of the instant apartment from Defendant Pluscck for the supply of and demand for the instant apartment from Defendant Plusck for construction (the Plaintiff asserts that the construction of this case is also in the position of a joint implementer who built and sold the instant apartment, but the foregoing argument is without merit as seen in Article 4(a)), and the Seoul Guarantee is a guarantee company that concluded a warranty contract for the instant apartment as seen below.
B. A contract for the warranty of defects and usage inspection 1) In the event that Defendant Ireland Construction and the Seoul Guarantee fails to perform the obligation to repair defects arising from the instant apartment on March 20, 2007, the Defendant Seoul Guarantee Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant warranty contract”) to pay the warranty bond within the period and amount specified below [Attachment 1] to the guaranty creditor (Cheongju market at the time of the instant apartment”) (hereinafter “instant warranty contract”).
(1) The Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Plaintiff on May 28, 2009 to May 27, 2010 (one year) 196,725,700 on May 27, 201 to May 27, 2011 (two years), and issued a warranty.
