A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On February 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) consulted with the hemp seller through the “compacter,” and decided to purchase marijuana; (b) deposited KRW 5,40,000 into the C bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the limited liability company designated by the hemp seller at the 5-distance ATM from Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and purchased marijuana in such a way as to deposit KRW 5,40,000 into the C Bank account in the name of the limited liability company designated by the hemp seller in the name of the Plaintiff; and (c) purchase the marijuana in such a way as to place the hemp seller in the name unexpacter outside the commercial air-componer around the Goyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, and bring about three grams.

B. On February 18, 2019, around 20:20, the Defendant deposited KRW 5.40,000 into the account in the name-free passbook in the name of the limited liability company D, designated by the seller of marijuana at ATM at the CF branch of the CF Center in Seocho-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-si, and purchased marijuana in such a manner that the seller of the in-name marijuana was kept under the name-free container boxes at the construction site near the H in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-gu and brought about three grams between the seller of the marijuana.

C. The Defendant: (a) on February 22, 2019; (b) around 20:55.

In the same place as in Paragraph D of this Article, 540,00 won was deposited into the bank account in the name of the limited liability company designated by the seller of marijuana, and then the house near H in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang purchased marijuana in a manner that the seller of marijuana was kept in the air-conditioning room and brought about about about 3g of marijuana between the seller of marijuana.

On March 1, 2019, the Defendant was on March 13:52, 201.

In the same place as in Paragraph D of this Article, the government deposited KRW 600,000 into the bank account in the name of the limited liability company designated by the seller of marijuana, and purchased marijuana in a way that the housing near H in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, is kept by the seller of marijuana and brought about about about 3g of marijuana under the name in the name of the seller of marijuana.

2. Intake marijuana;

A. The Defendant is under the J of the Seongdong-gu I Building J between February 19, 2019 and February 28, 2019.
