A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated marijuana as follows:

1. Crimes committed on February 13, 2019;

A. On February 13, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana: (a) around 01:08, at C Bank located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) deposited 1.60,000 won in the C Bank’s account (E) under the name of the seller of the hemp-ro, designated by him; and (c) received approximately 1 g of hemp in the air conditioner room, where the seller is the place known.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana.

B. On February 13, 2019, at around 02:30 to 03:30 on February 13, 2019, the Defendant, along with F, smoked marijuana, at an influent building underground parking lot near the G market in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with a fire that was made in a shape similar to tobacco, put the fluence into a paper, put the fluence into a paper, put the fluence into a shape similar to tobacco, and dye the smoke.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with F, smoked marijuana.

2. Crimes committed on February 2019.
