A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated marijuana as follows:

1. On February 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased marijuana from a seller on the Internet, and (b) purchased marijuana in total nine times from that time until June 2019, by means of the foregoing method, from that time as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1) to June 2019, by transferring KRW 3.60,000 to a bank account under the name of “D”, which was known by the said seller, to a bank account under the name of “D; (c) and (d) the seller purchased marijuana in the name of “D” in the name of “D”; and (d) the seller purchased marijuana in total nine times from that time to that of June 2019.

2. On February 8, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the above manner nine times in total from that time until June 2019, in the vicinity of the Defendant’s residence in Gyeyang-gu, Hongyang-gu, the Defendant: (a) deducted the hemp purchased from tobacco openings in the tobacco openings; (b) stored the hemp in the tobacco openings; and (c) applied the hemp in a way that smokes are inhaled by a smoker’s smoking; and (d) smokes generated by smoking smokes in a way that inhales a smoke as specified in the attached list of crimes (2).
