2. Defendant A

A. On November 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) remitted 540,000 won to an account designated by the hemp seller on his name; (b) purchased and sold marijuana in a way of covering three grams concealed by the said seller at the house located in ancient cities; (c) from around that time to October 28, 2019, the Defendant traded 44 grams in total over 17 occasions, as shown in Appendix 2, from around that time.

B.
