Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade, smoke or possess marijuana.

1. Defendant A

A. On August 21, 2019, at around 21:55, the Defendant purchased marijuana in a way that: (a) the seller of marijuana and the seller of the said hemp talks with the seller using the ID “D”; (b) the seller transferred KRW 2.80,00 to the account known by the seller of the said hemp; and (c) the seller purchased marijuana in a way that, around 23:30 of the same day, the seller of the said hemp was kept in the middle of the galp of the galp of the G elementary school located in the Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City and brings about approximately 2 grams between the seller of the said hemp and the seller of the said G elementary school.
