Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 22, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) stated “D”, “E”, “E”, “G”, “G”, and “B”, in the contact address column and signature column on the application form for the purchase of a mobile phone by means of official approval color-type, without obtaining the consent of the victim D (23 cm, south) at the C store located in the Gangseo-gun-gun B; (b) stated “D” on the application form for the purchase of personal information and the subscription form for the selective agreement program; and (c) stated “D” as “D” on the applicant column and the signature column on the application form for the purchase of a personal information discount program.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the application form for subscription to LG Plus, the consent form for the use of personal information, and the application form for selective contract discount program in the name of D, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above 1 paragraph 1, issued to H(38 Do, South) the 'C’ president, who is aware of the forgery, an application for subscription to a forged LG Plus subscription, a written consent to use personal information, and an application for selective agreement discount program as if it were a document duly formed.

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the same time and place as the above paragraph 1, presented the Defendant’s resident registration certificate and illegally used the Defendant’s resident registration certificate of the victim D (23 tax, South and North) who was in possession of approximately one year from her native-dong I (23 tax, South and North) as if he were the Defendant’s resident registration certificate.
