Punishment of the crime

[Criminal facts]

1. On November 2015, the Defendant embezzled the lost property from possession without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one copy of the resident registration certificate owned by the injured party B, and returning it to the injured party, in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, U.S., where the victim lost, around the end of November, 2015.
