Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Criminal facts

The defendant is the owner of an illegal game room business in the "C" counter B of Changwon-si, and D is the employee of the above game room.

1. No one shall provide game water for the distribution or use, or display or keep for such purposes, with any content different from the rating classified by the Game Water Management Committee;

Nevertheless, from January 20, 2014 to March 23:00, the Defendant, in collusion with D, installed seven computers in which the game was classified by the Game Water Management Committee, such as “hographs,” “hographs,” “hographs,” “hographs,” and “hographs,” and provided customers with altered game products using smartphones, by allowing them to use the said game.

2. No game products-related business entity shall allow any person to gamble or perform other speculative acts by using game water, or leave the game products alone to do so;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with D, provided game water to customers as stated in paragraph (1) at the date and time, at a place, and in paragraph (1), and provided game points points to the amount obtained by deducting 8.3% of the amount received from customers, and provided game points points to customers when they request money exchange, and provided 10,000 won per 10,000 won for the game points acquired when they request money exchange, thereby allowing them to perform speculative acts using the game water.
