A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall provide game water (hereinafter referred to as "game water that has been opened or altered") with a content different from that classified by the Game Water Management Committee for distribution or use.

The Defendant, a game water developer, play a role in installing a game dog or altered game product in a game machine by delivering a dog or altered game product from D, and installed a program by which the content of the game product was opened or altered in a game room to enable users of the game products whose total use was classified as non-free games to receive points obtained through the game.

1. On August 2017, the Defendant: (a) in the mutual infinite game E in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-gu, the game water management committee classified as a class on the game; (b) in case where the game is carried out by a method of continuously pressing only with the Africa’s opening and altered 40 games sent from D to the Africa (i) the cumulative amount of the game in the game machine reaches a certain amount of money; (c) the points that can be acquired by a person who will have reached a certain amount of money of the game in the game; (d) the cumulative points and the cumulative points initial points in the game in which the cumulative points can be verified; and (e) the accumulated points obtained from the previous Scinary game in the previous Scinary game machine can be verified by adding them to the initial points acquired from the previous scinary game machine although it is not indicated on the screen; and (e) the accumulated points can be verified by adding them to the initial points acquired from the previous scinary.

2. On November 201, 2017, the Defendant was sent by the Defendant from D to the 40 games classified by the Game Water Management Committee.
