A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 4 through 40 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime
No one shall provide game water (hereinafter referred to as "game water that has been opened or altered") with any content different from that classified by the Game Water Management Committee for distribution or use.
