A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall engage in speculative activities as a business by using speculative gaming machines, and no one shall provide game water not classified by the Game Water Management Committee for the use of those games, and shall engage in the business of exchanging the results of oil and intangibles acquired through the use of game water.
1. From November 29, 2018 to January 23, 2019, the Defendant operated a game room. From November 29, 2018 to January 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) installed 13 large number of unspecified customers who found a place of the game in the said game machine with a total of 13 units, such as 8 outdoor game machine, 1 anti-public game machine, 3 outdoor game machine, and 1-public game machine, which were not classified by the Game Water Management Committee; and (b) deducted points from November 29, 2018 to January 23, 2019 by taking advantage of or losing points depending on the arrangement of the forest or numbers operated by the relevant game machine; and (c) deducted 140% of fees per 180% per share in accordance with the remaining points at the time of the completion of the game.
As a result, the defendant is engaged in speculative activities using speculative gaming machines, provides customers with game water not classified by the Committee on Water Management, and provide customers with water exchange the results of the use of game water.
2.
