Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 3, 2016, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) stated “C”, “D, 103,” and “C” in the resident registration number column, and the applicant column in the applicant column in the name on the application form for re-issuance of resident registration certificates kept at the Donsan Central Community Center located at the Donsan-dong Office located at around 18, Busan-si, 30-ro, Busan-si; and (b) signed on the application form for re-issuance of resident registration certificates.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of a resident registration certificate issued in the name of C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

The Defendant submitted to the public official in charge of issuing the resident registration certificates of the Central Dong community service center who is aware of the forgery, at the time, at the time, at a place specified in paragraph (1) and at the same time, one copy of the forged resident registration certificate was presented to the public official in charge.
